As a long-time listener and first-time writer, I want to thank Naomi and Andy for all the laughs and the meaningful dialogues you have on the pod. Sending so many good vibes to you and the fur babies.

I also want to recognize that the process has changed in a year. When I changed my name and gender marker, it was reasonably smooth, and I had the rights that my community fought hard for. I can’t imagine doing it this year and navigating the new path our country is on.
