Also I do agree, the atmosphere and environment is certainly very appealing! I like the vibes of its very RuneScape-y art style, also the proximity voice chat in-game is a great touch cause it incentivized team play!
Only downside is the audio from NPCs is way too crunchy to understand for me

Tho spell variety could use work, and honestly magic missiles might as well just be spells to reveal enemy location and nothing else 😭. I found it more useful to use it to know if someone's nearby, fireball op

Keep it in the back pocket, for now I recommend it with friends in particular, it's what my group calls "friend slop" games 😭 so I think it's best with your mates and you can try to do even split matches.

Discrimination how? I'm not familiar with American healthcare, but afaik, that should be confidential and you don't need to disclose it. Also as far as I've heard, they're not like antidepressants. It's more like putting boundaries on how far you can go up or down, no spiraling or dangerous mania

Do you reckon you might have BPD? Symptoms of Mania and depression sound like they check out. If there's available resources, try to get it diagnosed. The medication for it is fairly accessible and it really helps stabilize the mood from extremes to more manageable levels
