It’s nighttime in an atmospheric hidden alcove of an old park and a black cat is slinking across the top of an ornate park bench. Through the surrounding dense foliage lamplight shines upon the cat, casting the cat’s shadow along an ivy covered wall behind the bench. I actually witnessed this scene on one of my many moonlit nighttime sojourns. The cat didn’t like my staring and quickly ran away. It is rendered in black ballpoint pen.
