Finding my confidence.
I have put a lot of time and effort in over the past couple of weeks working on EVERYTHING I fear inside the ring. It has been a challenging few weeks.
Liam has been a great help believing in me even when I didn't believe in me.

I am not the kindest to myself in recovery, but I am proud of the growth considering where I was last year. We've made great progress.

I promise one day I will be quiet about my gym progress but not today
Ever since starting the gym, I definitely didn't have a lot of confidence at all.
Over the past year, I've worked extremely hard on fixing my confidence and gaining strength. I am now lifting 3000kg+ on one of my sessions.
