My son started texting me while I was driving to get the groceries, and I thought there was probably some logistical thing he needed help with, but turned out he was just excited because it's snowing on his Indiana college campus. He sent me photos & video, it was so cute. (He grew up in Texas, so.)

Since I'm in Texas, I just called Schumer, same logic, and also two Dem senators where I could say I had donated to their previous campaigns.
