There was no misunderstanding in regards to who notified care staff.
The only misunderstanding was about what care staff believed Len had posted.

The agreement laid out very clear terms that ANY posts referencing len's care, care staff or housing can violate tenancy. It's very scorched earth, but they're old and not tech savvy.
You can keep your screenshots, but if you posting them online leads to housing seeing it, Len is homeless.

They told us they received an anonymous online tip that Lenox had been talking about care online, and received screenshots of people replying to Len's posts calling a carer very horrible things.
