I was actually really interested in getting into Metroid Prime 4, but then the bike happened and I’m just so tired of open world gaming. The sidekick character doesn’t even bother me that much though I do have to wonder why they’d add that to series known for its “feeling of isolation”

Raidou also good I guess. though like a lot of the other remasters I’ve played this year I’ve never played the original, so I don’t know how it holds up to someone who likes their games with a ps2 piss filter on them. I get the feeling your gonna hit it with th word “Vaseline”

I mean, Silksong good? I still haven’t technically finished it, but it’s like one of the best Metroidvanias I’ve ever played personally. It kind of makes playing other ones feel lifeless by comparison. I tried regular hollow knight and even that didn’t hold up for me.
