I think it's possible, since actions and stuff was able to fix this, soo it can be forced by a resource pack but its really not an easy fix, so i understand, thanks. (not related on conbining aspects and action and stuff, just an idea)

Btw, i have something to report before you fully released it, block breaking and mace smash attack particles are not transparent through transparent blocks (e.g. glass, glass panes, slime block, honey block, water, etc.) it should be transparent than being soo bright. (not related to VV)
