I could be mistaken but I believe the raid quests at least you can do at higher levels which was something I missed at first.

As someone who now enjoys m+, I HATED it in Legion. Most because of the AP grind.

There a lot of things I did enjoy about Legion, class halls being the top of that list. Legion-BFA I didn’t have a great time with the game. A lot had to do with who I was playing with at the time. I hated my guild and all my old friends had bounced. I get the love for Legion and it’s deserved.
