It was getting frustrating but form is temporary. Whatever Doug said, I think if we had put all our effort into getting the right no2, we would have been much better off now. It's done though and his toughest (& most important) decision to date will be the right man in.

You're right, there was absolutely no need. I can't remember who, but it was asked "will something be done in the future", not that it makes it any better. I think when Doug came out, both barrels, it caught everyone off guard.
