yeah protip to all romhack devs: uhhhhhh don't make your bosses have pokemon that are *12-13* levels higher than the average player party
(this was a surprise rival battle at the end of victory road, and my team was around lv55-56)

good news: I somewhat-retract my complaint abt Rufflet, since by the time I got to Drayden everyone was Lv52
bad news: Drayden's team was 58-63, his Haxorus (Lv63) had a Life Orb, and the battle devolved into Potion/Revive Stall
I have a bad feeling the E4's levels will be similarly overtuned lol
