I think the goal of these laws is to allow crypto to spread as far and wide as possible (retirement funds, mortgage collateral, etc.) Then something implodes and taxpayers bail it out. You might already have exposure via Coinbase in S&P500, MSTR in NASDAQ 100. Good luck!

As useful as it might be to be able to help someone log into their bank account, I think the main use of these two technologies together is to scam people.
