🍽️Today I made up something different: Chicken Donner Kebabs. The chicken is white meat marinated in a Shawarma Style spice blend and Greek yogurt, then baked. The flatbread is basically a yeasty tortilla. Finally, it's garnished with lettuce, red onion, and Tzatziki Sauce, all scratch made.
