I was diagnosed with ME/CFS pre-Covid, but I've unfortunately had the displeasure of catching Covid twice since then, and both times it has left me with additional issues that exacerbate my ME/CFS further. I'm always cautious, try to mitigate risk, but the thought of catching it again terrifies me.
