If it's more than 150$ over a PS5, I think it won't do very well.

There's nothing worse than having a fully edited video stuck in limbo because it won't render!

Good to know pretty much every video editing software under the sun struggles with this issue occasionally. I'm still probably gonna switch from Vegas Pro to Davinci this year though.

Looks like a pretty sweet laptop. Should be plenty powerful enough for most things!

Also following Salem Techsperts is pretty based! I didn't know you were also into hardware repairs and stuff.

I might have to start doing that too. I always try to keep up with all the creators I follow but it has been harder to navigate through YouTube as my subscription list becomes more bloated over the years from discovering new channels.

Yeah I can definitely see some areas where they fumbled somewhat but I think Metroid fans who expect the exact same game every time are overreacting. Not every game needs to be the best in the series. It's okay for them to try new things even if it doesn't fully land.

Honestly I finally played through Metroid Prime 1 recently for the first time and my main gripe was actually that I wish there was more of a story. I'm kinda thinking I might like Prime 4 more than 1 because of that once I get around to playing it.

That's a lot of games!

I remember when Child of Light was pretty much your favorite game. Cool to see all the games that have topped it since then.

Nice! That's not bad actually

So yeah... it gets confusing. If you want full compatibility with any game, you need an OG Xbox. Otherwise a 360 works well for many supported games and a One X or Series X works for even less games but runs them emulated and sometimes with enhancements.

Whereas if you put San Andreas into an Xbox 360, you actually get to play the actual OG Xbox game off of the disc.

Also confusingly, sometimes putting the og xbox disc in XOne/Series X will give you the digital version of the X360 port.

For example, if you insert GTA San Andreas disc into an XOne, it's not a supported OG xbox game but the 360 edition port is supported so the OG disc launches the 360 version

If you put a Xbox disc in a XOne/Series X it will download the digital version if it's a supported game. However, specifically on Xbox One X and Series X, these emulated versions sometimes have resolution and framerate improvements.

Probably still the OG Xbox tbh. The Xbox 360 can play original Xbox game discs but only the ones that are on the list of supported games (still a good % of them tho). The Xbox One / Series supports even less OG games. They have to be on the backwards compatibility program and they are emulated. 1/5

Really puts into perspective how meaningless console generations have become and frankly how they are hurting the industry at this point.

And yeah, the state of Xbox really hasn't been looking good for a while but we're really seeing that come to light with these 3rd party publishers skipping it.

Yeah in the context of a DK game / Nintendo platformer, the narrative was very well done. By contrast to other types of games it doesn't stand out quite as much though.
