I have a bunch of Xbox 360 controllers and a 360 wireless adapter that I usually use just because syncing them is foolproof. I tried using my Elite controller the other day and while my PC was saying it was connected, it was several minutes of fiddling to get it to actually work.

If GTAVI actually releases November 19th next year it'll be interesting to see how the Geoffy's bend their schedule to ensure it's eligible for nominations.

I wouldn't say it's trying to get out ahead of MS when they're launching in just a few months. They've clearly been working toward this for years and the new Xbox is 2 years away at a minimum.

Appreciate you speaking up, it's been disappointing hearing some of my favorite podcasts, who have been staunchly anti-AI, suddenly getting hand wavy with Arc Raiders. Especially when it's like, "Hmmm, this is kind of revolting...but the game is so good, what's a little revulsion among friends!?"

Yeah, the hardware is exciting but it either needs to be (relatively) inexpensive, or ship alongside a major title. They already tried the latter with the Index and it didn't really work out. I'm interested, but not $800-$1000+ interested.

I was just about to buy Lumines Arise for PSVR2 but decided to get it on Steam instead after this announcement, then I can play on SteamDeck as well. I'd definitely play Rez Infinite first as it was the first game I played on both PSVR1 and 2, so it's become tradition.

Oh that's weird, I'm on Android 16 and tried in both Chrome and DuckDuckGo and there are no page arrows at the bottom or top, even if I switch to desktop view.

I kept playing until the end because everyone said it got real good in the second half...and that just never happened. It was fine, but it never changed a bit from what it was at the beginning.

It's odd that it was announced in June and is supposed to be out this year but there's seemingly not even a Steam page for it. I tried to wishlist it and couldn't find it.

With Stray Children just recently having been announced for October 30th and very little I'm interested in for the rest of the year after that I am very OK with this.

I went Switch (and Switch 2 upgrade). It's probably not quite up to PS5 performance but I'd rather be able to play it handheld and more often than not these days I like not having to worry about trophies.
