I don't think so. I listen to a lot of music from the 80s, and the volume still dips dramatically. I think there was a short time almost a year ago when consistent volume was enabled for everyone.

I don't think many have. I've been waiting since April. I've seen some online claiming to have it, but I think it's the "Loudness Normalization" setting baked into Samsung.
