IIRC, in the past these have always been about original music. Might be an exception for music that was very unknown before appearing in a game, not sure.

Only a couple of bucks last I checked, but with the downside that they are tied to the hardware.
They are not really meant for end consumers, but I have used them for a decade without issues.

A tale as old as time. I remember reading about the tensions between Irish immigrant workers and former slaves, as the Irish workers hated them for being cheap competition. Made worse by the fact that black man were not subject to being drafted in the Civil War

We in Germany have a problem with public funding being wasted on Homeopathy, which are fine as placebo, but are unnecessarily expensive.

Xbox seems to love this practice especially. I wonder if many gamepass users take the upgrade option, or if it's mostly getting more money out of those who buy it directly anyways.
