Mine comes and goes along with the rest of my symptoms. I just started meds in October, and I'm not yet stable. Anxiety is the worst for me. Brain fog is a top 3. Work when things are most clear. Rest when they are not. Check your levels to see if the doctor needs to adjust your meds. 🩵
