That's pretty broad. 🙂 Are we talking about petty professor feuds here or interdepartmental battles?

I've noticed my daughter is pretty good at diplomacy. But yeah, I can see why taking sides one way or the other is probably not going to end well.

So, my daughter just started a job as the department manager/assistant for history and classics at a local university. As a former department chair, what advice can you offer her?

I'll take a pound of soybeans, if it will help. I always wanted to make edamame at home.

I hope this means the next time I buy edamame with my sushi it will be a lot less than $7.

Sigh... this was the last dance at my senior prom. I don't think any of us appreciated the lyrics at the time; we just knew it was a great, but sad song.

This also means my 40th high school reunion is next year. Good grief.

Any Jersey Mike's or did you have a specific one in mind? I agree with you just on principle, though I haven't been to a Wawa.

Sorry, but what does this have to do with $AAPL? I didn't see any reference to Apple in the article.

Wait, it's Thursday night and we're arguing again about if we're living under fascism? I thought that was on Tuesday night. Thursdays are "what do you mean it's not a genocide?"

For you, that’s saying a whole lot.

Right, my mom was a dedicated viewer of Days Of Our Lives. I think ABC ran Password or something like that at the same time. It was rough in our one-TV household in the summer. :)

In those days, the three US networks' daytime TV was game shows from 10am - 4pm, and sometimes into the 4pm hour, if they didn't run Merv Griffin's talk show.

I think step one would be pulling up his jeans and wearing a belt.
