I think about this a lot. It’s why I can never fall asleep on the sensible side of 1am. Nostalgia is by nature a bittersweet thing—or at least it was. Now it’s mixed in with fear and anger.

Why can’t these universities and law firms manage to conjure up the same anti-Federal Government courage of… oh I dunno… that lady who didn’t want to bake cakes for same sex weddings or that crazy family with the cattle from a few years ago? Nope! Apparently not.
