In the Acute Care scenario (the Dark Conspiracy RPG) the hospital is run by alien bug monsters who delight in torturing and experimenting on the hapless patients. This is not at all a metaphor for the American health care system.

Saw a post today that advised writers to stop writing as if a human will read it and start writing for an LLM that will be summarising.
As someone who really enjoyed trying to develop a peculiar but readable authorial voice, I find this incredibly depressing.

The Dark Conspiracy books I illustrated all had banners that ran along the top (or bottom) edges of the pages. One image was for a right side page, the other for a left. These two were for Acute Care.
