Living in Denver I get two games to pick from every year. This year it was between hella late Christmas night or a Sunday afternoon, and I have a 5 yr old. I hope the 3/1 game is half as entertaining as this one.

I have no interest in watching us get spanked by OKC. I can’t remember the last time I had no interest in watching a wolves game. Probably sometime during the Juancho/Culver era, definitely pre-Finch.

I am optimistic about the potential for this wolves season. I think the 9-man rotation with Rob and Shannon mixed in will bring some juice to go with our continuity. After OKC Houston and Denver we’ll be very much in the mix for that 4 seed.

Love Naz’s extension. Longest tenured wolf, fan favorite, just drafted our future starting 5 so Naz can be our long term 4 taking over Randle’s role. We have our long term 2-5 locked in. Rob is more of a Crawford/Clarkson 6th man, so the last piece of the puzzle is finding our long term starting PG

People are forgetting we could still win 3 straight as unlikely as it is. No matter what happens I declare this season a resounding success given the drastic roster changes. TSJ and Clark are NBA players, Dilly is a teenager. Now what happens between Naz/Randle?

What’s funny about Ant is he likes taking all these 3/4 heaves with 1 second left. Does it all the time. All the other stars let someone else heave it to save their FG%

OKC has taken 19 more shots than us so far. Makes it very hard to win any game let alone against a 68-win 1 seed

OKC embodies every trait that people do not like about the NBA. Their style of play is based around manipulating the officiating by exaggerating contact on both ends. It’s just unethical hoops being consistently rewarded. What people really love is physical basketball, not whatever this is.

It has probably happened before, but KAT making all star and conference finals in the west last year, then making all star and conference finals in the east this year is pretty cool. The world needs a Wolves Knicks finals

Here we are up 3-1 in the semis and I’m legit upset we didn’t have Clark and TSJ in there late over Randle and Jaden. What was the point, clearly they are going to be extremely cautious and GS has their end of the bench nothing to lose try hards going all out. Why gift them a fake little run

One recurring theme with us under Finch is our focus/energy has almost always mirrored our level of competition. It’s why we fall asleep when we assume an easy win, and also why we can come back from down 20 in a game 7 on the road. This is also why us as fans experience it as a roller coaster

What I didn’t see coming was Kuminga becoming Jimmy Butler all of a sudden. Now they have 2 Jimmy Butlers and we only have 1 Jaden McDaniels.

Rudy gets hands on a ton of rebounds that he doesn’t actually come down with and misses a lot of touch lays at the rim. I wish he had more of an attitude of wanting to be a badass and dunk every touch and gobble up every board, but he has more of a finesse mindset with zero finesse skillset

If you told me after our last regular season game we’d get past LA in 5 and be up 2-1 in the semis, I would’ve taken that in a heartbeat. The way we’ve played and the circumstances do not leave me feeling great, but we’re where we wanted to be regardless

Almost every tier 1 FT merchant struggles in the playoffs because they can’t grift their way to 18 FT attempts. SGA, Embiid, Harden. Brunson is the only exception I can think of
