So to start an independent media channel they don’t have to get FCC approval? Just curious how it works and what barriers someone would face? I think there is clearly a desire for it. Meidas is doing awesome.

I don’t know if they could get broadcast rights. That’s likely the issue. Have to go through the FCC which we now know is run by a sycophant.
