I've always felt if something was important enough, I'd find a way. One way or another. And if I didn't then it wasn't important enough to rise above everything else.

My food tracking app has a big glass on the side of the home screen that guilts me into slamming a cup of water any time I go to enter something so I don't end the day with an empty glass.

2025 was the first year I read a book since 2018 (ready player one and kids did a doozy on me), and if I can wrap up one more book in the next 2 days I will have finished 9 this year!

Nothing could stop my daughter from trick or treating. She just hustled her friends through the neighbourhood and finished in 90 minutes. Sadly the boxed smarties did not make it. My son gave up after an hour after his friends gave up after 30 minutes.
