If we ever get an overhaul of the Draenei zones I kinda hope Bloodmyst doesn't change that much even when healed. It's just got such a cool and unique vibe and aesthetic, would be a shame if it went away. Love Azuremyst Isle too but I don't want two of them, you know?

Making Bani a Draenei in WoW actually ended up making pretty good sense beyond being the closest in looks, because Auchindoun and the Soulpriests are probably the closest thing we have to the Necropolis and the Mourn Watch in WoW, though still very different ofc

Similar to what I did with Forsaken and Orc, I've been taking WoW Bani through all the Draenei story content (just spread out over a few months instead of days) as prep before replaying the heritage quest. Just got done with that prep today so now it's heritage time!

Thanks! 😊 A little tip for if you give it a try is that the portal in the music rooms also throws a strong light when you get near it, so you can use that to get some cool opposing highlights going too

They obviously don't show in-game but I headcannon that Dheraya's whole body is just like a roadmap of combat scars since she's been doing mercenary work since her early teens (she's 30 by DAI). So not really any one story, just scribbles from a lifetime of fighting

So maybe other people already realized this but looking at the fem Amani in the model viewer, I just realized they're not using an unaltered Orc body, the arms, waist and traps look a fair bit buffer? So like, why not just use the Troll body as the base if you're gonna do alterations anyway????
