Given how many cons still don't record and upload their own masquerades in 2025, the community should think about either asking them to or get back into the recorder role.

Some food for thought. I have found fan recorded and uploaded videos of the *entire* masquerade for AnimeNEXT 2013-2019. That's a pretty solid run for fan work at any convention. Then, nothing in 2023. I don't know if NEXT had a masquerade after a 3 year break but it is interesting how many cons start to no longer have full recordings by fans post-Covid. And given how many cons still don't record and upload their own masquerades in 2025, it is something the community should think about moving forward.
