I had to go spend 20 minutes on a wiki to figure out what was up with Calia, tho. But say, like, Invincible. I had no idea Arthas used to be a horse girl, but it also wasn't relevant to anything the game tried to convey to me.

I'm not complaining that there are books. It's that I don't get the story they showed me without them. Like, Ahsoka explained to me who Thran was. And explained to me that she trained under Anakin. I didn't have to take in extra stuff to know.

I never thought retcon, but I did have 2 thoughts (that's a lot for me): "that was a dumb story decision" and "if I can't know your video game story by playing your video game, you fucked up."
