That includes hydro. Out of all EU only 5 countries have carbon free or roughly carbon free electricity. They all use either hydro, nuclear, or combination thereof.

Do you think homes are the only things using electricity? How are you going to power industrial equipment like electric arc furnaces with solar? This thing eats as much power as city of 300k and you cannot have steelmaking without it.
