We don't yet know when it'll be available, but judging by what Kanru and Miguel have said in the video, it will have a cost but they are considering a discount for users with SynthV Studio Pro.

There is now a mouth opening parameter!

The pitch deviations are now locked onto the notes they affect. If you move notes across the piano roll, the pitch will follow.

AI pitch now generates around manual pitch edits created by the user, vibrato is recognised more clearly by the software and any hand-drawn pitch curves are autocompleted.

There is now a phoneme timing panel directly underneath the piano roll, featuring timing and phoneme strength/emphasis. The phoneme timing panel also includes phoneme envelopes!
