How the hell did Bonginion become a Secret Service agent? I know plenty of people who had White House clearances that included polygraphs. ( I agree with your assesment that they are trash BTW).

Schumer should have been out a long time ago. How he lasted beyond the passing of the BBB is beyond me, and instead of admitting he made a mistake he doubled down. He had a prime opportunity to fix it, but failed miserably.
