I’d doubt it’d be all that many cases, but it doesn’t matter. The machine is advertised as a therapist - if an actual therapist tells you to die, they’re at least losing their license and getting penalized because that is a crime.

There isn’t really a way to auto-generate 3D models right now, so Ima bet they’re handing “reference” images to underpaid modelers in developing countries and just 3d printing them.

I can’t find any other examples of this letter which was supposedly sent to a lot of people, and every source I can find is from Reddit and other social media. Until there are more examples or confirmation, it might be a hoax.

So on one hand, yes, diet can have an effect on prevention. This has been well documented.
But also, confounding variables much? Developed nations have better healthcare systems that do more screening and treatment - the biggest risk factor for cancer is having past cancer.
