My new year's resolution is to keep making bread, the hobby I picked up three weeks ago at age 38
Frankly I blame @mckinneykelsey.bsky.social and @christhompson.bsky.social because if they can try the GBBO technical challenge for this long, I can at least take a swing at doing regular-ass baking

I appreciate how fast it ramps past 8 because it makes it really easy to tell if it's worth your time to even try. I made it to Ante 13 exactly once and that run was so unbelievably blessed I cannot imagine what I'd need to get to go further.
