It's honestly been so healing to dive back into fandom culture and fanfic writing. I wrote some as a kid, but mostly read it. This feels like something I would have loved to read when I was younger, but written with the experience of being a queer transman. I've really poured my heart into this.

It's got -
An older trans male OC (like, in his 60s older)
Flashbacks to Indianapolis in the 70s (with references to real gay bars/cruising spots from the time)
Pre and post phalloplasty sex scenes
Did I mention cruising? And hanky code as well.
And why Stan was banned from Indiana

Like, explicit smut scene, I have thrown in a couple spicy scenes before this, just published a chapter with one of them. This chapter I just finished won't probably get published for a second.

If I was writing it, I certainly wasn't writing 3k word long chapters where half the chapter is a sex scene that still somehow feels rushed/too short to me

I can't really remember if I was writing smut in highschool, definitely read it then though.
