I was with my uncle when he had to draw the clock. He drew the correct time, but the doc asked for the paper back after 5 minutes of him working on it.

I've started labeling my extension cords and lights so I can remember which ones go where.

Now that I work with civil engineers, I understand how much the architects/engineers messed up by doing it. Pipes, pressure, pumps, etc might change. Very expensive to retrofit.

This is a good enough fix for them. Priorities 🙄

In the 1980s, the engineering building at UC Irvine had alternating restrooms on the different floors. Womens on 3rd, 5th 7th(?). Men's in 4th, 6th 7th(?). 9th had a sign that said "please knock before entering" It was built in the early 70s. Don't know if they changed it.

Ripley knew how to control contamination.
