I remember a deep rooted fear at the time that there was a possibility the neuralgia could persist indefinitely. It seemed like forever, but it did eventually go away. I know you’re going through something different but I hope the same for you, that eventually it’s in the past.

Shingles of the HEAD was rough. One of the worst experiences ever. And I was in my early 40s so it was very much unexpected. But as I dealt with it, I had about a dozen friends and acquaintances come out who said they had it in their 30s. No one else had it in their trigeminal, though, lucky me.
