Pretending that Judaism can only mean one thing, when many Jewish people (and Israelis!) feel differently, is beneath the values you claim to uphold.

* Now the job is flooded with applicants who aren't a good fit, because LinkedIn promoted to them. I'm talking devs with 0 .NET experience applying to senior .NET roles.
It's a system that serves nobody except LinkedIn. Utterly terrible.

But most importantly: if you use "DEI engineer" as a pejorative, *fuck you*. Racism is poison to systemic quality much moreso than technical risks.

Your org likely sells products. Products make money. Improving your supply chain & ability to make money is something that a biz is typically willing to invest in.
Make the case. Invest in your tools. And leaders, if your culture doesn't support #oss #sustainability, fix it!
