Yes. I've been doing this ever since I heard the method being taught to a dyslexic kid at my school. It works just as well for everyone else to remember obnoxious spellings!

It's a fantastic musical!

I kind of do think AI has the risk to doom humanity, but it's unlikely to be a Skynet scenario, more a diminishing of critical thinking abilities and the death of reliable information.

Phenomenal soundtrack, too.

Batman 1989 sold me on getting an Amiga.

Those were the days. Do kids even know they're born without having to swap 11 floppies for a game? (Monkey Island 2, The Adventures of Willie Beamish, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis)

I used to animate in DP 2, too. So much fun! And the demo scene!

I still have the B & W Libra 2, but have had my eye on the colour one for my next upgrade. I don't really need colour e-ink but I kind of want it!

That's a great relief. I prefer not to buy from Kindle for other reasons, but this kind of bullshit is absolutely unacceptable.

Please tell me Kobo doesn't do this? They are my preferred marketplace.

Do you think there will be articles about the meaning of the Super S / Cool S in a few hundred years postulating that it's a reference to a social or historical event? Surely the simplest answer is that it was funny to paint snails fighting knights and it became trendy to put them in the margins?

This is a fantastic and timely story.

Yeah, Aloy is the protagonist. They're great games, story wise. In the second game, Forbidden West, advanced humans return to the post apocalyptic earth from space and Aloy has to deal with them. She's a very direct and forthright character who probably would find Amri a bit wet, if sympathetic.

On the other hand, quite a lot of authors on the kobo store insist on no DRM, so there's that... I don't believe that's possible on the Kindle ecosystem. One author I mentioned this to was surprised as they thought their books were DRM free on Kindle.

I had it nearly happen to me a few times on getting up at night, too... But being aware of it I found taking deep breaths and lowering my head prevented a full faint.

I got up after lying on the sofa for a marathon Start Trek TNG watch, and fainted in front of the toilet, fell on it and cracked a rib. It also scared the shit out of my boyfriend, but it wasn't a symptom of anything more serious, fortunately.

Micturition syncope... I had the same thing happen to me after I dropped a lot of weight.

That's not how you play pinball.

Michaelangelo x Cinnamonroll is even more adorbs than Mikey himself. Greg Cipes did a fantastic job making Mikey a sweet cinnamon roll in the 2012 TMNT.

... I read that in the voice of Vizzini.

I recently started reading some of my current book first thing instead and it helps me get ready faster and in a better mood.

Isn't that essentially how cats ended up being domesticated? =)

I thought of @craigschaeferbooks.com while I was reading this one. If you two don't already know each other, I think you'd get along famously!
