The ambition, outlined by the Prime Minister today, for two thirds of young people to have the opportunity to develop higher level skills through university, FE or an apprenticeship, is extremely welcome.

We've passed the March 31st deadline for certifying Apprenticeship frameworks, marking the end of ACE’s journey with them.

Since 2012, over 2M apprentices have been certified through ACE - an incredible milestone that speaks to the impact on learners, providers, & the wider skills sector.

In a recent House of Commons debate on the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (Transfer of Functions etc) Bill, Ian Sollom MP (Liberal Democrats) quoted directly from Skills Federation’s submission - amplifying our call to put learners and employers first in any future reform.
