TIL the word "kakistocracy"

On the bird website, I kept a running thread of "TIL" items--marking the dates that I learned various new things. I'm re-starting that here.

But if no one knows everything, then everyone has things they are learning later than everyone else.

Admitting that we don't know things is how we learn.

Hopefully, it will keep us honest and humble too.

Yeah, I imagine it would be considerably less effort if the platform wasn't still behind an invite-wall.
