Just looked it up because I was curious:

North Texas WRs had 395 yards after catch last night vs. Charlotte, per TruMedia. That is the most YAC an FBS team has recorded this season (Georgia Tech is the only other team with more than 300 in a game this year).

With 10:47 left in the fourth vs. Kentucky, Texas has rushed for just 38 yards.

No run game impacts the Longhorns in so many ways. Defenses don't have to respect play action (a big part of Sark's offense) and the D-line can tee off on Arch (which it has).

Miami, Ohio State and Oregon have all been elite at protecting the QB this year. The Hurricanes and Buckeyes are also among the top 10 in pressuring opposing QBs. No surprise that they're undefeated.

Texas Tech has been elite at pressuring QBs w/o blitzing. The Red Raiders blitz on just 20.3% of dropbacks (FBS median blitz rate = 26.7%), but Tech gets pressure 42.2% of the time.

The teams with the best pressure rates with blitz rates of 25% or less (per PFF/TruMedia) 👇

The Red River Shootout will pit a defense that is No. 1 in generating QB pressure (Oklahoma) against an offense that has allowed the ninth-highest pressure rate in the country (Texas).

Houston QBs were pressured on 65.5% of their dropbacks vs. Texas Tech, the highest pressure rate allowed by an FBS team this weekend, per PFF (min. 10 pass att.). TTU got pressure on 19 of UH's 29 dropbacks.

Texas (58.1%) had the second-highest pressure rate allowed in its loss to Florida.

Despite this box score, Texas A&M's lead over Auburn is only 13-3 early in the third quarter

Aggies had the ball for all but 67 seconds of the middle eight but only outscored the Tigers 3-0 in that span.

Texas went 0-for-2 in the red zone in Saturday's loss to Ohio State. But it's not a new issue — the Longhorns' red zone success has generally declined since the start of the Steve Sarkisian era.

Tarleton State moves up five spots in each of the FCS polls after upsetting Army in Week 1.

The Texans (2-0) are tied for No. 3 in the AFCA Coaches Poll (up from No. 8) and are No. 5 in the Stats Perform Top 25 (up from 10th).

Texas went 0-for-2 on red zone trips in Saturday's loss to Ohio State. Inefficiency inside the 20 has been a lingering issue for the Longhorns in the Steve Sarkisian era. A look at the trend in his first four years at the helm:
