Cross-domain tiny details
Okay, I could pin another tab. But hilariously, right now my Mastodon feed is mostly you--other friends I follow there seem to have drifted

At times I have too much visual (more than I want). For me it drives memory to some extent, and it props up what would've been a proprioceptive deficit. Brains are neat

Won't be able to repair a faulty zipper, and if it "sinks into" a garment, it's antithetical to cloth made of natural fibers, too, which is 90%+ of what I wear. Too bad YKK's innovation is totally selfish (for them) and environmentally hostile

Oh wow--looks great! I tried growing some a few years ago, and predictably they dried out despite careful watering

Ah--doubly agreed then, 38% seems quite low

Yes--do they actually mean pages, or do they mean sites? though if sites, a bunch of scholarly-affil stuff wouldn't be counted (not everyone springs for a new domain name)

Ah, I see. I met them first as a kid as de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johanni..., so that's my reference point. In English, currants vs. currants is kind of like scone discourse--I tend to steer clear

I'm confused. Fresh currants elsewhere (or stewed into jam, pressed into juice, etc.) versus dried currants in the US?

Swallowtail? Looks much like the ones my dill plants hosted a few years ago (more recently, spiders take them out before they reach stage three, alas)

which is a kid-transmissible parenting idea, I think.

(My brain handles sound/music details differently from how your post describes, but it's enough of a neighbor that the post makes sense)

This seems also to be about the importance of safe spaces, yes?--where one could observe, and acknowledge observing, perf errors and fine differences in musical staging ... without someone imagining it to be an attack on others' patience. Such spaces are transient, but one can learn to ID them,

Likewise! I tried Mastodon for a while but it didn't click for me

Though KP (not my doctor but org policy) was unkind to me, it's a solid option for many, and I respect that. Yes, in practical terms, sometimes research gives, and sometimes it takes :/

It was great to see several health insurance providers show up and represent

I won't screencap mine, but it's a little under 2200, only two weeks after @spuffyduds.bsky.social (I almost want to chart when growth took off, but not enough to do the actual work)
September 7, 2025 at 1:29 AM
Makes sense, though! I'd already met too many socialites in training near rl 90210.

Yes, memorable for me, too--I wondered whether I'd missed something, then decided to respect it

This is cool, and--"the Lion of Saint Mark is Chinese"--actually Mongolian? (Also in article: "during their visit to the Mongol court in Khanbaliq, now Beijing.") If they're defining "Chinese" that broadly, you and I would probably qualify, and no

This is not how I would've wanted people finally to learn and understand the phrase "global economy," yeah
