How does he feel about homebrew? Does he care or is it just spiteful enough towards Nintendo to be pro-brew?

So, here's a good question. Say you modded your DS, homebrewed it and all that shit. How nicely does he play with the mods? If there was a mod that introduced an ice flower, does he himself overwrite it, or does he just get pissy?
