for further context and to clear up confusion, I did the new support page, and changed highlight colors for the buttons. Most of the UI.css file changes were done by @nak.koneko.cat I was happy to help contribute further in this update and happy my input is being considered!

I think the whole thing is a bad idea to begin with, everyone verified will now be sectioned off leaving the kids left alone with the creeps. It put them in more danger than just enforcing metas and their own TOS to remove anyone under 13.
