Hehe luckily it will be used for a charm to help fill out an existing collection of mine! But even if it wasn't still usable I think it's still not a complete waste, he was super fun to draw and really got me back into the swing of drawing again >:) the charm part is a lucky side bonus for sure tho!

dont worry, i redid it completely today and i loooove how the new designs came out. but little to say i felt like a clown all day as i worked hard to redeem myself. everyone else was so nice in the stamp rally about it too, not pointing out how i so clearly missed the memo.

this morning to a private message from the organiser very very kindly asking how it fit the theme. panic. THEME? WHAT THEME? ITS NUCANI ASTER. I DONT REMEMBER A THEME. but alas.. going through the discord info section, there it was, mentioned in one line- summer treats. GAHHHHHHHHH

Kinda funny story about this one - i drew this for a stamp rally and submitted it last night. i was kinda proud because wow i submitted it so early and before everyone else, unusual for me! and i slept soundly knowing i was a step closer to finishing all my secret stamp rally work. ofc, i wake up -

Hehehe I'm glad it still has a semblance of silliness! I love when cats get themselves stuck in boxes or tubes and have to try and backtrack and that's the kinda vibe I wanted to capture. I think I just stuck him too far in!! And amongst too many teeth LOL

Hehe it is universal! On the bright side it's very freeing to be ok with scrapping something even after getting so far into it. I can rebuild, I can make a stronger piece with the lessons I learnt from the first time around!!! Never a waste really

I'm trying to be super cool and at peace with the fact that sometimes art doesn't work out as envisioned and that restarting is part of the process, and it's not time wasted. But oh man does it feel like time wasted when there's those looming deadlines upon us!

I already see some adjustments to be made but I can't contain the excitement to share what I've made as soon as I've made it hehe

To me the little sticker sheet is the highlight this month, I got to go really expressive with it this time
