Why wouldn't I judge someone based on their username? It was a decision you made, and we judge each other based on the decisions we make in life. It's not like a name your parents gave to you or your race or anything.

It seems like everyone who was in a position to hold him accountable and who wanted it to happen was hoping someone else would be the one to actually do it. The sad truth is that any Republican who might have stepped up was afraid of the political backlash, so ultimately no one did.
