Thank you Dr. Popa and your associates for an excellent analysis of this trial. Have been researching for own journal club and your take was fair and gave clarity to someone who usually hesitates to change management of 2ndary outcome data and especially here when the cart is leading the horse.

That's not bad plan (if you can stomach taxes of doing so) but it's hard to really time markets. Good luck though at least the notion of consumption politics is turning against him and some are looking into different EVs. It's really our best weapon.

The index funds only care about the biggest 500. That's it. A situation where TSLA and MO (Altria) are 20% of the SNP means something is so bad anyways they've won completely then. Our portfolio will be the least of problems.

So is PhilipMorris/Altria too -- it only rises on more nicotine consumption. Hard to easily avoid the bad. Index fund is rooting for the economy to do great -- not one corporation. Despise the nazi misogynist but if TSLA drops, let's hope that more Mustang EV are bought, so compensates.

Also after 65trial (60 mean arterial pressure ok) it was 2020 after much of this study was completed, might not matter as much as levo dose.

Actual trials that prospectively RCT similar question no clear benefit. My take: physiologically plausible, likely safe, unclear long term benefit. If need a line purely for vaso might be a different story.

Further take:Data gathtered over last 10yrs. Vasopressin titration, dose not specified. No long term data. Useful to incorporate into practice? Hypothesis generating? Does vaso mean you need a central line versus low dose levo for a bit longer? What happens to people at fateful 90d.

We see love in so many ways. Thank you for posting that story.

1.7% victory and less than 50% of the vote. Let’s see what the American people state at the polls after this garbage.

The normal saline for resus too - barring some actual pt history reason for that - care about the kidney then.

Please keep up the outrage. We can’t normalize what they do.

He will deny and lie and get exasperated than anyone from the msm could even paint him in such a fashion?

It’s the social engineering that JD and Project 2025 have though…he is a useful idiot for so many.

Almost more than vitals (almost) look at bicarb trends on icu screens :)

Our shop’s iv fluid shortage has less LR so finding it hard to do.
December 6, 2024 at 10:42 PM
Does routine DKA (pt on Netflix) gap of 26 bicarb 12 need the icu?
December 6, 2024 at 10:41 PM
Would that be hard to prospective rct?
