Either get a slow eating bowl or put a golf ball in the bowl. Doesn’t fully eliminate regurgitation but does reduce the frequency.

I guess the difference is we weren’t playing good fitba but still winning. They seem to have an identity and play it near-perfectly. But aye, needs a longer time to assess properly.

The keynote of that I took notice of was the ‘knows Scottish game’. The Motherwell manager seems to be doing ok - did he know oor fitba before taking the reins there?

I would like to see us press aggressively from the start. They’re on the ropes so not letting them play their way into form is best I reckon. If we get ahead then low block and shithouse!
