I was trying to work on lino/etching ideas but I think these would be such tasty paintings to work on.

The mermaid lays with her back in a tidal pool and arms at her side and over her waist. They look at each other, shy and blushing. A Harpy dancing at the top of a dead tree, legs bent and ready to land or take off. Wings aloft at an angle while she looks at the viewer. A gorgon huntress standing triumphant, furious, over her speared prey. Her hands are still tightly coiled around the shaft of her spear, ready to drive it further into the cranium of the dead monster. The beast is a giant dog-like lamb with fangs and talons, blood running from its fatal wound and tongue drooping from its mouth.
