I’m poor & I always self-identify that way in an attempt to destigmatize & also reveal that people in ‘good’ jobs who are well-educated are often .. POOR. It’s extremely difficult to attain class mobility even when you do everything ’right’ - embarrassment is a tool of oppression.

But I am aware of misogynoir that Black women and people experience, and do my best to educate myself in that regard. I followed you because of your posts about queer folx and sex work, as well as mutual aid and I wanted to see more posts from you + contribute to mutual aid where I could. (2/3)

That’s precisely the intention, I’m a queer individual myself and I used to be a sex worker. I think it’s important to support other folks in these spaces, and promote / contribute to mutual aid where possible. I can’t speak about the Black experience as I’m not Black myself, (1/3)
